We have now changed how we co-ordinate our appointments in line with government guidelines in relation to COVID-19. 

Initial consultations will be split between two appointments: the first will be via Telehealth, or video call, to ask you questions about your problem and to go through your case history; the second appointment is where we ask you into the clinic for an assessment and, if appropriate, hands-on treatment

Follow-up appointments must be preceded by a triage appointment, which can take place either the day or morning before your appointment. This is to screen for COVID-19 and make sure you are safe to treat.
